The fighting between Palestinian factions, Hamas and Fatah, has calmed down for the time being, but deadly conflict continues to reverberate.

Some Fatah fighters have even fled to Israel for protection, and Israel relocated 150 Fatah fighters to the West Bank by Israel. In an editorial, The Lebanese Daily Star claimed that Hamas and Fatah have become a bigger threat to Palestinians than the Israeli military.
